Faith Hill in Bathing Suit Gets "Mother's Day" Wishes From Daughter Celebwell

Country legend and 1883 star Faith Hill got a very sweet social media shout-out from daughter Audrey McGraw for Mother's Day. Hill doesn't restrict her food, instead focusing on healthy choices. "I don't diet but I do watch what I eat," she says. "For lunch, I usually have a Greek salad with grilled chicken. I love salads for lunch. It's light, delicious and good for you. I vary the protein and sometimes use salmon instead of chicken."

Hill practices Pilates three times a week and loves what it's done for her physique. "I could bend in ways I haven't been able to since I was a teenager," she says. "My husband loves it! It was so hard, but ultimately so worth it. My core is much stronger, and my arms are more toned."

Hill makes sure to stay hydrated throughout the day. "Some days it's harder to get myself moving than others, but it has such a positive impact on my day," she says. "I have more energy throughout the day and feel better overall. I also try to drink 70 to 90 ounces of water a day. It is so good for you, inside and out."

Hill loves to cook for her family, says husband Tim McGraw. "Faith makes great fried chicken, so we've had fried chicken quite a few times and I make the mashed potatoes," he says. "We've had fried chicken and mashed potatoes quite a few times, and she makes the best roasted chicken that you can possibly imagine."

 

Hill makes an effort to balance her career and family life. "I'm a mother, wife, artist, etc. and it is not always easy to balance everything," she says. "Our rule at home is family first. Anything that Tim or I do works around what our kids are doing. That always comes first."
