Jim Carrey And Girlfriend Ginger Gonzaga Split
Jim Carrey and his girlfriend Ginger Gonzaga have split after less than a year of dating.
Us Weekly is reporting Carrey and Gonzaga have decided to part ways. An insider revealed the couple ended the romance weeks ago.
There was no reason given for why the romance went bust. Neither Carrey nor his former lady love are speaking out on reports they are each now single.
The 57-year-old actor and 35-year-old actress first went public with their romance this past January. She joined him on the red carpet at the Showtime Golden Globes Nominees Celebration in West Hollywood.

They were all smiles two weeks later at the Golden Globe Awards show. Carrey kept Gonzaga close as the duo walked hand in hand into the Beverly Hilton for the Awards show.
“Most partial to this talented nominee,” Gonzaga shared on Instagram alongside a photo of the happy couple.
The actress and famous actor met on his Showtime dramedy Kidding. Carrey was nominated for best actor in a TV musical or comedy for his role on the show at the Golden Globes. They also worked together on I’m Dying Up Here. Carrey was an executive producer and Gonzaga had a recurring role in the series.
“I feel very lucky. She’s not only beautiful, but she’s wickedly, talented and amazing and smart,” Carrey expressed to Entertainment Tonight when the two attended the big Hollywood event.
Months before the exes went public with their relationship, the Ace Venture: Pet Detective star revealed he likes living an isolated life. He spoke with Radio Times in November 2018, expressing nothing was missing from his secluded and private lifestyle.
“I love to read, and I enjoy painting and working on sculptures. And I date,” the actor expressed.
The comedian has not had the best luck when it comes to romance. Carrey has been married twice. He was married to actress Melissa Womer for eight years. Then he briefly wed his Dumb and Dumber costar, Lauren Holly. Their union only lasted a year.
Carrey dated The Masked Singer judge, Jenny McCarthy, for five years before moving on to find romance with make-up artist Cathriona White. He was involved in an on-again and off-again relationship with White for years before she tragically died of a drug overdose in 2015.
